Package terms and conditions 

  1. To confirm your hunt
    • a 25% deposit is required upon confirmation
    • and a further 25% deposit is required by November 1st, the year before your hunt.
    • The remaining balance is paid at the end of your hunt.
    • Payments can be made via international wire transfer or credit card.
  2. All packages include
    • Transfer to the lodge from Napier or Taupo & return
    • guide
    • hunt transportation
    • meals
    • drinks
    • accommodation
    • field prep of trophies
    • trophy fees
    • taxes (GST)
    • helicopter time for Tahr & Chamois hunts for the hunter
  3. All packages exclude
    • International flights
    • domestic flights not associated with Tahr & Chamois hunts
    • Gratuities
    • Trophy export back to your respective country
    • taxidermy
    • dip & pack
    • non-hunter flight to South Island for Tahr & Chamois hunt
  4. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices that are confirmed on a contract are fixed for the dates of that hunt.
  5. The guide's decision in the field on sizing is final, and in the unlikely event the animal scores more than anticipated, the hunter is NOT liable for the extra trophy fees.
  6. A wounded animal is classified as harvested and you will be charged the full amount. (Every effort is made to recover wounded animals)
  7. 2x1 pricing is the price payable by each hunter

What We Collect and Why

We collect personal information from you, including information about your name, contact information, location, and computer or network interactions. We collect this information in order to provide our services, process bookings, and improve our website experience. Providing some information is optional, however, if you choose not to enter contact details, we may be unable to provide certain services or confirm your hunting experience at Ivory Cliffs Estate.

Your privacy is important to us. We keep your information safe and only allow specific staff to access it for the purposes of fulfilling your requests. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with trusted service providers (such as booking platforms or payment processors) when it is necessary to complete a transaction or where required by New Zealand law.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
